We can host up to 250 guests seated — and even more if you’re planning a standing-style event.

We’ll help with the layout and set-up of our furniture (included with your rental).

Your vendors will typically set up and remove the items they bring to the venue. 

There are 24 parking spots included with your rental with additional paid parking available next door that can be reserved for your guests in advance.

Tables and chairs for 200 are included with your space rental, along with lounge furniture, cocktail tables and bar stools. Linens will need to be rented separately. Check out the rental companies on our preferred partners page

We have a spacious prep kitchen available for your caterer to utilize. No cooking is allowed on-site unless approved in advance with your client manager.
